Entrepreneur in ResidenceRun the show.

We are launching a series of new ventures. We bring the idea, the product, the budget and mentors who have run companies. You run it, and earn real ownership as it grows.

We build the boat. You set the pace.

A venture studio model: we carry the setup and the costs, so you can carry the company.

Who we're looking for.

Operators more than idea people. If you would rather run a company than talk about one, keep reading.

  • You have run something

A company, a product line or a P&L. Scars welcome.

  • You sell

You are comfortable in front of customers, and you close.

  • You decide

You make good calls with incomplete information.

  • You want ownership

You would rather earn equity than collect a job title.

  • You are anywhere

We are remote-first and look for talent worldwide.

A conversation about how you work, and what we are launching.

What is the UnboundIQ EIR program?

UnboundIQ is launching a series of new ventures. We bring the idea, the product, the processes and the operating budget, and we are looking for entrepreneurs to run them. Entrepreneurs earn equity as they hit agreed milestones.

Do I need to bring my own idea?

No. We bring the venture. If you already have an idea of your own, our Build Lab may suit you better.

How does the equity work?

Equity is earned through milestones. Each stage has a time limit and clear goals agreed up front. When you hit them, your equity increases. The details are set out in writing for each venture.

Is there a salary?

Not at first. Operating costs are backed from day one, but a stipend only starts once the venture reaches the Growth stage, at a level agreed up front. From there it grows with the business.

What happens if a milestone is missed?

Every stage is time-boxed. If the goals are not met in time, we sit down together and decide what comes next.

Where do I need to be?

Anywhere. We are remote-first and based in Dubai.

Ready to run the show?

Tell us what you have run, and what you want to run next. We will reply to find 20 minutes.
